I like the cover!!! Great idea I just may be borrowing your idea myself!!! Hope you don't mind!!! It looks like it's hindged??? Is it real heavy?? Does anything lock it in place????

I am buying a 2000 20' Master Angler. I think it has the same kind of transom.
1. How did you make your cover? Could I fashion an effective one fron plywood& epoxy like they build kayaks?
2. Have you found it to be really necessary?
3. It looks really slick. Never saw anything like it.
