Re: test pic
Jeff,
That CC is one nice looking boat. Personally, I love the teak rod holders and keep meaning to make some for my current SeaCraft. Am I correct in assuming that your boat is a straight inboard? What size engine do you have and what are your performance spec's? Peter

Re: test pic
I was at Winters about two years ago in the Fall for a tranny seal job and some other work, they do good work but...$$$. My boat is in the Highlands at Marina On The Bay right next to the Clam Hut. I stay in the water right up until Thanksgiving weekend. I found the boat online in Long Island and literally drove out the next day with check in-hand, no survey. The boat was in all original condition from the original owner who actually still had is 'brochure' that came with the boat. My base specs: 1975 IB 454 MarinePower EFI, FWC, 330 HP 1.5 LH tranny 4 blade prop 16 x 17, 5* cup Cruise at 3250 rpm, 21 nph, depending on load and tide top end WOT 4500ish, 29 nph I have fished Monsters Ledge upon occassion given the NOAA weather Gods forcast lines up right and only if the swell will be at my back for the ride home. Anybody up for a Oil Wreck CSC Rally in mid-October? Great photo op and bend a rod or two on some BFT or stray Mahi.

Re: test pic
Jeff,
Great looking boat! Your boat is the first inboard I have seen with a 454,it must be pretty tight in there. You pick up a couple of knots on cruise from my 350 with a real world load. |

Re: test pic
Jeff,
We have a family place down in Highbar Harbor on LBI, but I also have a slip in Keensburg. I ran down to the mudhole a couple of weeks ago with a bunch of peanut bunker for three decent dolphin. Also, I took it out once in late July to the Glory Hole (40 miles out of Barnegat Inlet) for two 30/40 pound BFT. I am trying to put together the plan (and the nerve) to go out to the canyons (maybe next year) for tuna and tile fish. We will see. Either in the last week of Nov or the first week of Dec we will be having a tog/bass SeaCraft fish fest down at LBI. I will soon be posting an invite. Peter
