Re: 1975 23sf
Thanks fellas for the nice comments about the boat and Lisa. I will miss the boat that is for sure and I was hoping Lisa would help draw some attention to the add however I'm not so sure if my plan backfired and it actually is drawing attention away from the boat. At any rate it's a dam nice boat (and women) both of which I've slaved a lot of hours over.
Finny- my daughter is only 10 right now but I'm gonna be in trouble if you know what I mean. Peter- The wood is a laminate on both sides 3/4 inch thick I think it's birch with a walnut stain and about 4 coats of outdoor varnish (an epifane) over it. So far I like it. The boat is covered at all times...it lives in a carport. The LP has the live well as described and there is quite a bit of room inside of it for storage. There are 4 rod holders mounted on top and there is a wash down quick release on the side (just like on my 20). The LP and front seat for the CC door I built myself. They are solid glass (no wood) construction. The LP has CORE CELL incorporated in it which really keeps the weight down but helps with the strength of the finished part. Once again Thanks fellas strick

I finally got to see this boat last month during my trip to San Fran/Lake Tahoe. She is a beauty and Strick did everything right...(including Lisa).
Best of luck with the sale!! |

Re: 1975 23sf
Strick,Good luck with the sale! And good luck with your addiction to boat building.I as a fellow addict understand the need to grind, fair, paint and fix and know how the temtation can be to great when you find that next project.
I am especially fond of the AwlGrip fumes and Budwieser buzz Tell Lisa Hi for me , she appears to be a fine yacht driver |

Re: 1975 23sf
Thanks for the nice comments fellas.
The pictures are back up. My web site host had a flood in their server room and they went down for about a week and then I went on vacation for about 10 days so I just got it all straightened out. The boat is still for sale. I've had lots of interest but shipping seems to be the main concern. I'd be willing to help out some with the shipping. This boat is in immaculate condition. It stays under a covered carport out of the sun and hardly gets used. I will be putting it up on boat trader next week. Compare the price to a new SeaCraft set up like this one. Engine now has 52 hours. Strick

Re: 1975 23sf
I saw that this morning on THT. Certainly hope everything goes smoothly. Hopefully she's headed to the sunshine state so some of us Florida'crackers might get to admire her from up close
