Thanks all. I have made a little more progress, just slow going now that the boat is fishable. I would rather be on the water than working on the thing. They have installed the live bait tank and it works great. Keeps lots of bait alive all day. Still to do is: install rub rail, put down non-skid, shoot the interior, put on the curtains, and install the remaining deck hardware. I will get some pics and performance info once she is complete.

The wash down hose is in the door on the side on the leaning post. Kind of nice to keep it out of the way.

Drain for livewell.

That just looks amazing!
I really like the bait well/Leaning post! What is under the floor, under the leaning post? On my 23 there is a large fish box under the existing leaning post.

What did you do with the enclosed transom? I have been thinking about installing a large bait well in the center but I haven't really found anything I like to do with the outside boxes. I would love to see what other have come up with!

How does it run with the twin 4 strokes?

I think I finally have it where I want it for now. We'll see what projects I can think of for the winter. Here is the latest pick. Leaving weigh in with our tail tucked between out legs.

Looks awesome, great job.

What kind of bracket is on it? Looks like it sits really nice and level. How does it run with the F150s?
