That makes 4! Anyone have any thoughts on how to reach as many early 20' O/B' as possible?

Sorry...I've been busy with work.
I think we're up to 5 now. That may be enough to knock our cost down a bit, and provide Hermco the necessary inspiration. I'll forward the link to Don Herman (unless you've already seen it, Don!) Kurtdnelson...any chance you could provide a detailed drawing of the splashwell, showing all the dimensions? Thanks, all. Stay tuned!

I could if i had nothing else to do! There are a ton of angles and surfaces. Keep hunting someone must have an old drawing/sketch of it and/or find the old mold.

Sorry. I didn't mean to impose. Thanks for the photos.
I've forwarded them to Don (he's the moderator for this section, so he's already seen them) and hope that the photos will give him a starting point. I plan to take my boat to him in late November, so he'll have a boat to build off of. For those of you that have shown interest, either post or PM me the measurements of your transom notch. I hope we're all the same!

I've sent a private message to YeA 20sF, as he has offered the possibility of letting me borrow his splashwell for a few days. I will take it directly to Don Herman, have him make a mold, and quickly return it to YeA 20sF. Hopefully, he will be w/o the splashwell for only a day or two.
Unfortunately, I can't move forward until I hear from YeA 20sF. As soon as he responds, I'll figure out when to come to FL and take care of all this. I hope the five interested buyers are still interested. I'm surprised, with Bushwacker's post about the safety issue of NO splashwell, that we haven't heard from more 20' notched transom owners.
