Boat is in South Florida, Boynton Beach to be exact.
As for the 20', its coming along we are also currently doing a major refit on a large yacht so I have a lot of my guys working on that so its not getting done as fast as I hoped but Shluld be a month or so till completion

Do some searching on THT (there was one in SC), sitemash and even here (couple of threads down), and CSC Member Conrad Vanderly was selling his boat a while back, not sure if it is still for sale, there are some decent SeaCrafts out there, at least some that you can get this season in, then you can tinker. Just stay away from buying a 15k or so total project, if you want to do that you can get a hull for much cheaper.
