My plans for now are to get her up and running and go fishing!! I plan restore her on down the road. Heres a pic of her in the water getting ready to be towed, she sits pretty level in the water

The waterline aft is much higher than mine, a single 5.7 v8 with outdrive. Might be the old water line designed for twin 6 cylinder i/0s. It looks like his water shot is floating very high, much higher than mine with minimum load. Looks like the chine is out of the water at the transom. Empty fuel tanks?
One thing that will help very much on handling, planing speed and roll is to get a larger fuel tank and put it as far forward as possible. Forward edge of my forward tank is just aft of the step down. You will need the extra fuel for any serious offshore work. Last edited by cdavisdb; 03-16-2012 at 07:07 PM.

 bilgerat, did you try fire up the 150's before being towed? Nice having friends with good haul rigs.. Good luck with your new addition as well as the sale of Ole Yeller!!

Congrats Bilgerat!
Nice score. I have often wondered how the 25 would perform with twin outboards. It will be really interesting to see your report. Good luck getting her going and with the sale of your 20. Brandon

no, Didnt fire them up, she had been sitting for too long, Im going to go through the carbs before even trying.
