I agree that a single engine might not be enough even with a 300hp
Get your self a pair of 200's and I think you will be happier.
And you would have a boat to drool over
Don't regret doing it and coming up short on the power

I hope your wife likes it so you don't have to sleep on the boat...LOL

But then here I am spending your money!!!

There is a 24 here. Stunning inboard with tower like Snooky posted.

Fred, are all munitions under lock and key? Does ACME deliver to PSL? Do you have full kevlar?

a single 300 may be fine, it would run better numbers than the twins at the same HP - not sure what that was though

So where are the updates on the new boat?
Or could it be that the wife disconnected the internet and your sleeping in the boat?

Jorge...wife is still in the dark..but I am dopping hints etc to test the waters!!!!
I purchased a 1996 225 Johnson 30" Shaft over the weekend to utilize on the bracket. I know its not 300 hp but figured a couple thousand on motor is good enough for now...see how it runs etc...
I have to rig the motor and then look at doing stringer tabbing repairs (might run it over to Don H. and have him do it...funds permitting of course!)
Will post pics etc. on here once I start!...no classic Topaz site!
