Can I go? I've heard even the fish go fishing there?

Hey Connor, I've got a short viddy of you and Sandy running back to the ramp in your Seafari as seen from Blue Heron's Seafari. You mind if I post it?

I like East for the spring run. We like to show our boats and it is a long tow over there.
Also a great time to fish here. If any of the Sluggo`s want to run at sunrise...Long Point has it all.

We just need to take the point. All boats are welcome.

Cheers,
gfs

Gillie, please post, I'd love to see it. Totally self centered, but its wonderful to be able to watch my own boat run.

Long Point for spring, Cayo Costa for fall?

Connor what am I missing....I get close but I am out in the gulf?

I like to watch your boat run, too.

Sweet, thanks Gillie.

Terry, not sure what the problem is. Google Earth did the same thing to me at first. Now the position given by TE is almost right on the house. Try it again?

Default Long Point gathering date?

Gentlemen, has a Long Point Spring gathering date been established yet? I'm trying to get ready to be ready. The Fall Anclote gathering snuck up on me, while I wasn't look'in. Is the date established by developing a matrix with everybody's available weekend or does someone just throw a dart at the calendar? My Mechanical Reasoning brain has to know these sorts of things or it doesn't sleep well at night.

Pretty much its a dart board subject to group approval. I'm flexible and waiting for somebody else to decide.

Yup. I used to think these shindigs would be about fishing. I was wrong. It`s really about
talking boats, cooking, and eating. And moonshine.

End of April or early May is best for the chop.
