transom on 23's

My 1989 23WA was made for twins, but when I bought it new, we had to go to a 30" leg on the outboard. Original was a Merc 200, now have a 225 Honda which works great.

My 81 scepter has twin 25" motors. If I went to a single, I would use a 30" shaft. I'm positive the 84 is the same.
