What picnic table? MacRae's of Homossassa? 12 or 14 rooms and it's ours. Many BW Rendevouxs there. BIG Tiki Hut. Public ramp and parking free with overnight slips. Did I just say that?

Yea Mike, The Freezer with the best steamed shrimp is around the bend in the river and Neon Leon's with great Cajun food is just up Fishbowl Drive across from the old Sugar Mill. That would be a good choice too. I could probably get Donny to go along with that spot.

Why do I always use resturants as my "way points"?

Oh yeah....I like Neon Leon's Zydeco Steakhouse, the gator tail and oyster po'boy sandwich is good eating.

Restaurants are good way points!!

Steinhatchee has been very good this year for scalloping, I have been told they got their limits every time they went out in the first hour. I would love to come join you guys provided its not more than 4 hours drive from my house I am in.

Did someone say party? Nothing like that West Coast hospitality! Let there be micro tents and high-octane whiskey for all my SeaCraft brethren!

Admiral Snookered, Swabbie England reporting for duty -
Kmoose wanted to discuss "the Hatch" and I was becalmed in the doldrums of St. Pete. That crazy "flamed out" Hernando Beach Mikie came up with the compromise of MacRae's in Homasassa Springs. It's a little far for T-1, 76red18, Conner and you, but it's a better deal for Kmoose, Blue Cattle Egret, Tommy Paris and Rust Bucket than way down south at Evergaldes City! Donny V. can be our local expert because he plays the wash board at Neon Leon's and washes paper plates at the Freezer on weekends savin' up for that 300 Zuke!
I talked to the gals at MacRea's today and they are full on the weekend of Nov. 13,14 &15 (which messes up Jim Campbell's plans) because of the annual Seafood Festival that weekend, but they can except the Fla. West Coast SeaCraft Group on either the weekend of the 29th of October (Holloween) or the 6th November. Stone Crab Season will be open and if a northwestern breaks 'em loose we'll be good, if it stays calm we can run off shore and gather up some Gags and Mangos. Manatees will be hangin around the springs and we can compare them to Kenney and my girth, which is always competitive. No Bones and Skiblet are also within 2 hours on a bad day of traffic. Tommy Paris needs to load up the Merc Murader / Police Special and set a cement block on the gas pedal - when he rolls through Old Town he's got most of it behind him. There is a wide selection of picnic tables in the neighborhood for GFS too.
Let us know if this meets you approval, because we know you have your "standards".

I got kids, so no way I could come on Halloween weekend.

Terry, to be honest I dont think FDLE has even one boat in the fleet. We have helicopters and planes, but no boats that I know of.
