Floorboy's 23 Scepter

Since the unexpected passing of our buddy Rod (Floorboy) his boat has sit idle in his garage part of the way thru the repower he was doing. Well, the time has come for his house to possibly be listed and they really don't have much use for the boat at this time. If I were in the market I would buy and finish it, but that's not in the cards for me right now. Not sure what it's worth or approximately what it would cost to finish it but any advice is appreciated!

Here's what I know about it:

Repower was being done from Volvo Penta to Mercruiser (think it was a 350 aplha from a low hour donor boat)

He redid the transom but there is no gimbal installed at this time and the engine is on a stand- not sure if the beds have been completed but I'm sure it needs to be treated as such with aligning and such.

Top cap is removed and needs to be glassed back in and gel coated to match, same with the transom where the glass work was done.
