No power to key switch or gauges

Went out a couple of times and boat started with zero issues.

Went Monday to crank it and let it run a bit but now I have no power to the key switch and the gauges.
I do have power to the trim

I've retraced all the connections checked the fuse box under the engine and nothing.
I replaced the glass fuse next to the key switch
Is there a hidden fuse I'm missing or what else do I look for?
