Chucky . . . Absolutely beautiful boat!! Up Two or three holes and you'll be money . . . easy 400rpm by the looks of the Rooosta' tail.

Not easy to make transoms and warped planes look straight and fair with dark colors.

Fred the seats are from Overtons:
http://www.overtons.com/modperl/prod...A&merchID=4006 They are the perfect size for this boat. I set the helm seat back a little further then the other side. For me it is comfortable to sit or stand the way I have it set up. I have to lean down a little when standing ( I'm 5'10" ) so if you are taller then you may want to get a tilt steering wheel. I have a suicide knob on the wheel but can still clear my legs but it it close. I had the same worries as you but it worked out OK for me. The little rubber stops came from Orchard supply The one on the windshield was a solid rubber stop and I drilled out the center so a ss wood screw could attach it to the window frame. The one on the center hatch has a brass insert with threds and I have it bolted to the center hatch with a ss machine screw. Calked the fuel tank hatch and the perimeter of the live well this evening. Hope to have blood on the deck soon. Sandy thanks again for the compliments Hope you get your boat soon. strick |
