That boat looks like a diamond in the rough. console looks pretty origional not all hacked up like some I've seen that old,you'll be happy with it. If I remember right the e-bay boat that was sold in woods hole had a 175 on it. Looks like a good boat for the money. Good luck. Jon

One more question, the guy selling it says he thinks it is a '78 or '79. But the serial number ends with a "73." Does this mean it is a '73?

I'll back up Finster. That boat is a 1973. When I saw the pics, I was a bit suspect on that boat being a late 70's. That boat has the exact same console, rod holders, etc. as my '73, except for the color...I thought I was looking at my boat previous to the refit. I still say get it, and enjoy it! Lloyd
