the 10 micron prevents ethanol related damage. and in my knowledge the racor filter are better than the sierra, you can also use fuel treatments to help against ethanol (sta-bill, and valvtect are the best)
this things are what i recommend at work all the time and i have gotten great feed back so far on them.
