Actually the adjustment is in the Lowrance head unit not the sender. You can calibrate the system by filling tank to the brim, burning off about half a tank, fill back up and compare what you used to what the Lowrance is telling you was used. You go into the fuel menu, select calibrate and enter the true value of fuel used. The Lowrance will now adjust the flow rates accordingly. If you repeat this procedure about three times you can get it to be very accurate when you refuel. I've also had the Floscan and I don't think they allow for calibration.
