Here we go.

MacRaes has eleven standard rooms available for September 22nd & 23rd (actually only 10, I've already booked one) and the Gator Den, which is being held for Terry, Marsha and Dougie!. I have blocked those remaining ten rooms with my credit card under the title of "SeaCraft Gathering" (I thought that was rather original). We have until September 1st to purchase those rooms or they will go back to the motel for other guests. Presently for those looking to upgrade, they have a few of the rooms with kitchens available for $150 per night plus tax.

I know September 22nd is a long way off, however this is on a "first come" basis. Please call Lynn or Wendy at 352-628-2602 to reserve your room.

Thanks Don! Another CSC event scheduled. Yea! Thanks for stepping up, sir. Looking forward to it. Fortunately, FSU/Alabama is on 9/2 instead of my record at Mac Rae's of FSU vs top ranked opponents being 0-1(Dang Clemson)! May need some extra apple pie to drink if things go wrong!

Yes Sir! I'm thinking we will be doing a trip to "The Freezer" for dinner Friday evening, they serve rather good shrimp! If MacRae's event calendar is correct the "Boogie Brothers" are scheduled to play at The Shed that weekend. I'm expecting the same fish fry/cookout/pig out Saturday night we are soon to be famous for. I have not got with our lone volunteer event planner, Mr. England, to make sure that's the plan. I would also expect a raft up Saturday lunch on the water like last year's gathering at Hernando Beach. More to come.....

Casey - Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. These West Coast Gatherings are not for the weak at heart.

It does not seem like it, however it's sneaking up on two years since we went up there. I'm sure by now the locals have forgot all about GFS, so we should be good!!
