rest assured it is one badd a$$ boat, you must see one in person, you will immediatly think 23-24 footer, such a big rough water hull. 23-24 is everyones first guess. it has the most agressive hull i have seen, it looks like it will run with jupiters contenders, palmettos and yellowfins, those of you who have not seen one in person, please do not bother to chime in. Hope I didn't just start a war! You have to see one! Some one best snap up the one in St. Augustine or I might end up owning 2 of these.

That's pretty funny............. The 21 is quite amazing in person. And if you are at Long Point and have a chance to listen to "the man", you will speak to not only some else that has seen the boat, but the Real Founder..............

I've ridden in a couple of 21's; just ran some quick numbers and figured out that I have followed the 21' Unohu in my Seafari (usually in his wake so he could knock down the waves for me!) for over 2000 miles on numerous trips to the Abaco's! You'd be hard pressed to find another boat of similar size that rides as well. I'd definitely pick the 21 over the 23, even though the latter is a good riding boat itself.

Not quite, I have almost all of the materials, engine, bracket/platform, top, console, leaningpost, baitwell, rubrail & rigging..

I will be purchasing core materials and epoxies next week. I have been very agressive in the restoration. the hull is stripped and groung/sanded inside ready for transom stringers and deck/sole layup.

Even though Four Boat Theory was referring to the the "21" instead of the 20, his comment on his disappointed look on his face in the photo at the lunch get together is CLASSIC about hearing that the 21 has a better ride than the 23, after completely rebuilding his 23SF...............

I have to relate one comment Mr. Moesley shared with us. Not 5 seconds before that image was taken, he said "the 20 is actually a better boat in a sea than a 23."

Man, oh man, if I was only a bit closer I would have gone down and rescued her. Amazing how many 21's have come out of the woodwork lately.

Maybe I should move to Florida, such a nice Sea Craft community down there.
Yep ... a great group here in Florida ... come to Long Point!

So now that it's been decided the 21 is a great boat & how she should NOT go to landfill ... what's the next step?

get a sizable bank loan to cover the substantial fine for messing up the sea grass when that one is pulled free of it's current resting spot?

Find a broken down hull on the side of A1A, shouldn't be too hard. Load it on trailer. When whoever drags this thing to the landfill, follow it there, tell them your dropping off the boat, toss the 50 clams or whatever. Follow SeaCraft in, dump your shell in the landfill, use winch to drag seacraft onto your trailer, drive out.
Tell them you changed your mind, and can't "leave her".
Then get your 50 clams back, and bring it home.
Post it on the CSC and ebay, and start bidding at 500, probably sell for 1000 or more. Or take out bank loan of 30k, take 6 months off work, shorten your lifespan by 6 months breathing and sweating fumes, and now you have a boat that is worth about 20k, no job, and wife may leave in the process.
