Don, How do you adapt the windshield width to the cap? As you move it forward it seems the beam between the gunwale caps gets narrower and the width of windshield mount would exceed the original inset where you'll be cutting. Do you just close the angles on the windshield a little? Or will that require some other mod I'm not seeing.

I really like the idea of shortening the lounge in favor of more aft cabin. Forward hatch on mine has been replaced with a Bomar style sailboat hatch and really legitimately needs revision so I've been toying with adaptations but undecided as of yet.

Seafari 23 variant is kind of what I'm thinking
