Lots of good fishing tips, lots of good cooking going to be happening and I also see you guys are taking care of the beverages ... this is going to be one h... of a party!

Sandy, the only kind of mandolin I know is the one you play. Your gourmet food sounds scrumptious, but leave yourself time to fish!
Went to Wally yesterday and got 3 large bags of charcoal ... should be enough for BBQ & smoker, lots of chicken, eggs & bacon, coffee, etc.

There's the Key Largo Fisheries on oceanside about MM 100. Fishing boats come in there with their fresh catch and they have a counter/market where you can buy, but don't know much more. Key Largo Fisheries

See you all soon!

Thats where we will buy our chum and possibly bait - the Yellow Baithouse is supposed to be close and that should be our tackle store

Where are you guys planning on storing your cases of chum?
Finest Kind tackle here in Stuart has "Non Freeze" Type chum in a sausage roll looking container. They swear by it!
I was planning on my Icy Tek Cooler with a block of ice or dry ice from Publix. I have used this method prior when going to the Bahamas. It will hold it a few days.

Any Thoughts

I didn't think we really would need to store it much, we can pick it up the night before or I'm sure they open early but will check - they are right down the street and I think they have water access.
