Hey Tom,
Don't mean to derail this thread but if you have some pics would you post or PM me some pics of your Seafari with both the Navy top and the hard configs. I'd love to get a Navy top for mine but a hard top is very enticing. Did you build the hardtop or have made or did id salvage it for another boat?

Connor, according to the old performance bulletin the Moesly 21 weighs in about 3200 lbs, and 4000 with a load of 4 riders... I haven't weighed mine yet.

Thanks Gillie, I was curious about the relative weights of the two boats. Looked up that performance bulletin (ain't the internet great!) 3220 appears to be dry weight with a 225 engine. Equivalent for a Seafari 25 is real close to 4000 with a 350 cci.

anybody know the weight of a 225/1/0 combination?

You have a Mosely 21 too ?
I'd REALLY like to take this old rig out up here on the NJ ocean and run it around in 3'-4' seas.........wouldn't take me long to know if it's really close to all the feedback....
