$30.00 for a heavyweight gildan T-shirt isn't that bad.
As I mentioned in a previous reply, I had several custom shirts made up for my trolling flies, and That's what they cost me for the "lighter! weight Gildans. What surprised me was the extremely minor price drop from from small to large quantities
Heck it didn't drop significantly from 12 to 100 shirts, and if I remember correctly, it was about .75 cents each
I used Custom Ink, so they may be more expensive that some other printers, but were pretty easy to deal with.

Anyone who takes this on would have their work cut out for them, and won't be getting rich at $30 bucks a shirt.
Good luck Sandy if you decide to take it on.I'd take a few T's and a hoody if you do.

I worked with the online printers as well. I was doing this for Sarah`s artwork. 7/8 color and huge files which they like. The latest DTG direct to garment digi printers can do some nice work, but screen printing is the way to get the values right. They also last.

Maybe I can revisit this with Sarah. Let`s think more on this. Any 23`s around Bath?
Yes, Maine.

I had some Bimini Bay shirts embroidered. See link below. I still have a bunch of these left as well. I will get an inventory and some pics up when I get back from St Louis.
