SeaCraft Decals from eBay. I tried to pick ones that looked accurate. I was going to move the bilge pump thru-hulls to the waterline. But, after looking at the SeaCraft's Logo placement, it looks like it will be OK without moving them, since the Logo's on many SeaCraft's are about a foot away from the transom. That should make things a little easier.

Front Seat progress. I decided to keep the bow rail's original design.

If I had to do my bow-rail over I would go aluminum with stanchions like Contender. They're vertical and look much nicer.

Thanks for the info. I will probably re-do the bow rail and T-Top in a year or two, so I'll definitely keep that in mind. It's too bad it's not in my budget to do everything in one shot. But, I've decided to "stop the madness" and finish up with the fiberglass and painting that I've already approved, and not do any more changes or additions... We'll see if I can stick to that... Lord, I hope so! The decision to stick with the original bow rail and T-top this week was my first step.

just an idea I sure wish I had done when re-doing my console...make a recessed type throw tray on top,one inch deep ,on one side or both sides of the compass. It is pretty thick up there,so it s easy to do.just cut out a rectangle, maybe 1- 1/4" from the top edges, and glass a flat bottom on the INSIDE of the console top, then finish the edge off.Nice addition....also,think about hinging the front seat from the front, not back.so the seat cushion and backrest don't hit when opening...my 2 cents... AND nice Rebuild !!

I like hearing ideas like that... Gives me options I may not have thought of. Keep 'em coming. Thanks.

Did your decals include the two-tone "S" logo like the originals shown below? I have an MS Word file of the originals that any sign shop can use to make decals but it's too big to attach to this note. If you want it, PM me an email address and I can send it to you.

Choices! Of course they don't make the same size compass any more. So going with slightly bigger. Go big or go home, right?! The Blue won out over the black, but man, both are nice.

Thanks For the decal info. I decided to go without the "S" logo since I don't have the vents, a more modern look. Another tough decision for me, since I like both the classic and the new SeaCraft looks.
