I think I'm tired of reading about 8k, Key West and kids.

Someone had to say it...

I guess people don't understand all the crap involved in doing something like that. Gas prices, finding a person willing to do that, and all sorts of stuff. Its not as easy as you say. I don't have my liscense yet because I rid emy bike everywhere I go bbecause Key West is only a 12 mile round island. No pricey gas for me.

I don't have the leisure of being an adult. I have school work and more school.
Yo . . . that attitude is not gonna fly anywhere. Hate to break it to you, but high school is as easy as it gets. You have ZERO expenses, ZERO debts, free meals, no job, no mortgage, no kids, and no responsibility. Part of becoming an adult is getting off your ass and figuring out how to solve a problem.

No offense but your problem of buying a boat . . . is as simple as they come. The hard part of earning 8k is done . . . all you have to do is find a boat and buy it. You've already been spoon fed all the best online boat buying resources and handed a 8k check. Make it happen!! If this "real life" problem is too challenging for you . . . then you are in for a rude awakening.

And i was updating it to see what boats are out there. Guess i can't talk online though.... It's ok i am doing what i can to find my boat. Thats all i can do!!

I get it! You are looking for a 20 SF in good usable condition for $5K or less within a bikes ride distance to be delivered to you. This forum has given you good advice based on years of personal experience. You might just want to rethink your attitude.
