Thanks Bryan for finding and posting the link from Noreast.com

The 35 Duffy was (and still is) a fantastic boat. That particular boat was my favorite. Great ride, comfortable and very safe. A friend of mine owns the Duffy now.

But I am also looking forward to betting this SeaCraft completed too.

That bracket is REALLY high. I have a double with the same Honda, and I wish I mounted it 1/2-3/4in LOWER. Good luck, I hope it don't sit too low in back end!

The perception in the picture must be deceiving. The motor height ..... from the anticavitation plate to the hanging bracket ....... ranges from 28 to 31.5" (you have 5 mounting holes, therefore the range in mounting heights). The bracket sits 29" above the horizontal plane of the hull. I measured 10x and cut just once. I'm in pretty good shape.

Default Color Combo

There is a good chance that boat will be show worthy upon completion.

Looking down the sides in the photos shows love and sweat was applied gingerly to her. The color combo looks fantastic.

Bravo-Zulu on the work so far (and your duffy). You have a great skill-set with the watercraft.

Since the last "update", the project was put onto it's new trailer, rolled into the barn and the process of "fairing" has begun. The longboard sander (and my shoulders) have been getting a workout!! Hopefully I will haver the inside primed with 545 in the coming 2 weeks, Awlgrip the inside, install the console that was removed from a 31 Contender and finally install the motor. Shooting for an April 1 completion.
