The taco site has a real good video on installing the rubrail. They go over all of the details which was pretty good seeing.

I checked with American Marine today on the windshield molding and they want $4.49 per foot and I need 70 feet! I think that is really high and was wondering if anyone else had a source. The molding is TP 139.

I will check out Tacos site. Thanks. Older boats that have a new rub rail may have lost some of their structural fastener screws? I'm going to talk to an old-school glass shop about the molding situation. One of my side windows is popping out of the frame.

Self tapping/backing screws eventually wallow and fail. I`m learning slowly.

I may have enough of the used stuff I'm pulling out to cover you on the window trim. The glass falling out is a different issue. That is caused by the glazing bedding tape drying out and losing its adhesive. The only way to really fix it is to pull the glazing bead trim, glass and bedding tape and replace the bedding.

Here are some more update pics... Lots of little mods to do but the major cap replacement is done. The foot longer cabin and front deck is really noticeable and I believe the arch on the bow is slightly more rounded. She should be very unique when its done.
The dash looks huge without the glovebox, dash pod and folding top. There will be a lip all the way around the face edge to divert any water that gets in to the side corners and will also keep things put on the dash from sliding off.
