Re: Bennett Marine- trim tabs- GREAT company
While repowering my boat last winter, I needed some parts/advice on my bennett trimtabs. Called the factory and got the same excellent service and help the others spoke of. Recommended bennett tabs to a friend of mine this summer, which he bought. People need to hear about good companies like this one.

Madmax,
The O-rings in the actuators are easy to replace and should solve your problem. Send your address to Tmcgow@bennetttrimtabs.com and I will send you some with instructions how to change them, no charge. Tom McGow Bennett Marine |
Re: Bennett Marine- trim tabs- GREAT company
Another question or looking for maybe opinions. Myself and another fella were having a discussion today about installation. He is purchasing a new boat(trying to talk him into a seacraft) but he was asking whether or not he should let the dealer/factory install them or do them himself. I told him to do them himself and that way he will know exactly how the fasteners are attached and sealed. I seem to think that the manufacturers of lower ended boats will be very slack and he will have a rotten transom in several years. . What do you guys think??? (BTW- I sold him on the Bennetts vrs the other company) craig
BTW- I support the JOE Gibbs theory !!!!! Yee HAWWWW |
