Where is this item available,and can it be used in colder temps?

Mertons fiberglass in MA someplace. I think it can be used in colder temps but I'd check with Mertons though.

Mertons has it,I'm in there just about every night.He is in Springfield,(Western Mass).He ships worldwide and very quick,normally the same day if you order it in the am.
Not sure What you mean by cold temps,but It's a polyester based putty so cold temps will affect the cure.You can speed it up a little by increasing the catalyst,but it's best to keep the area at a comfortable temp.
You could apply it and keep some heat on the area by tarping in the area around it enough to capture some heat from a portable heat source.

i agree with heat needed. i experimented last night with no heat and it didn't cure untill i put some heat to the area i was working in. Once it gets warm, it cures very quickly!
