Oh and buy a cheap sprayer because you most likely throw it out when your done.

Erebus is dead on. Try not to spray into wind. Burns on contact. Dishwashing gloves at minimum. Rinse with copious amounts of water. You will be amazed at results. Will not require anything abrasive whatsoever. If no bottom paint, will remove tannins from almost any amount of time in water. Removes rust with ease from any Chinese Stainless steel hardware, railing contacts with glass/gel coat. Remember: RINSE!!!

Cool, thanks. I know about the PPE, (personnel protective equipment), I work in a refinery. I'll strip the sealer and try this.
