Wow. Appears to be next level work to my untrained eye. And I really like the tiller plan. Cuts down on a lot of cost and less stuff to break down. Thanks for posting and look forward to the progress and product.

Unfortunately the tiller plan had to be axed :(. It wouldve eaten too much of the rear deck up with a big notch. Also it seems to be cheaper just to use a normal hydraulic helm with the new g2 versus the digital tiller. Plus they dont do the 150 with the snowmobile exhaust in a tiller, only 140!

It will have a small side console with a tilt helm so i can both sit on the deck and stand

Epic !

Indeed! Look forward to seeing the tank mounting detail. Do I see a layer of Coosa behind Corecell? Drill and tap? I get a different story from every fabricator. Trying to figure out my own bow eye reinforcement detail.

The casual observer would not understand how the detail shots are so compelling but please keep them coming.

The tank pads are 3/8 glass drilled n tapped with 3/4 pvc board spacer. Stringers are 26.5” apart and tank is 24Wx12H so I could have the bottom corners bent instead of welded (48” wide sheet of aluminum). That leaves just enough room for a urethane cushion between tank n pad. The small bulkheads are corecell, the real light yellow.

The bow eye has lots of glass under it first all the way up the stem, then the block is 1.5” coosa with a 3/8 glass pad glued to it. Then tabbed in. Got a sweet all welded 5/8 thread D-ring to go there. The juice wasn’t worth the squeeze on the towing hole on the Squid Lips haha!

Livewell corners. The bulkheads have a "cleat" on em for more glue area so i had to notch em...

Close enough to Halloween to say this is scary good stuff!!

Dont mind the mess!

Had a bit of a brain fart and ran some 2" conduit for both fuel vent and supply lines. Only to realize i put a big dip in the vent doh! Notching pipes is fun but i dont see becoming an aluminum fabricator in my future...

The big holes are just for air circulation, tank is gonna be left au naturale.

Wanted to keep the exit low back here

Got a constant rise going forward... U can see the fill and vent for water tank up there if you look closely.
