You are crankin along dirt... thats some serious fan action you got going on there as well...I like the idea of leaving the tank alone...only places they corrode is where they touch something in my experience...as long as there is good ventilation in the bilge the tank should last forever. What will the tank be resting on ? Nice work as usual.

It finally dropped down to 70 at one point this morning, only had to use 1!

It has some corecell going down the center matching the half round keel and some pvc strips on the corners matching the deadrise. All will be 52 million'ed down. It will have a big access plate on top so i can number 1, fill it and 2, get in there and hose it off if need be. I have a big badass aluminum bomar dog hatch and ring but im not gonna have the depth clearance to use it. I HATE anything plastic on a boat but ill probably end up using one of the armstrong plates because they actually seal. Unless i come across something in a shallow aluminum variety before the time comes, which is coming right up! Got deck core ready to be laid up just about...

I aspire to inspire sometimes! This inspiration came to me from a poured epoxy floor...Its a pigmented UV from Raka. Hopefully ill get 5 years before it starts to yellow! Maybe ill do a chain steering wheel like a lowrider hmmm... Ill throw a bilge pump in there if 10 holes isnt enough.

Wait, what?
I thought about doing that for my sceptre, but wasn't sure I could pull it off.
Maybe some additional install photos when the time comes, por favor?

For the PVC mounting blocks and bottom edges, is that something like an Azek? You don't have the cold weather concerns that we have but I worry a little about movement in the winter. Again, probably overthinking but anything different you would suggest especially if I 5200 to bottom of bare tank. Leftover Airex strips?

How much pigment did you need with the RAKA UV resin? Might need to copy that too.

Yea thats gonna take some finagling to get the bottom arm to contact in the right spot. The core is too thick for it to just grab on that, so ill have to rabbit some out and put another flange in the bottom side. No way i was gonna leave it proud of the deck tho! Ill take plenty of pics. The disc for that quickie mold was just a piece of 1/2" starboard i cut on the bandsaw...

Azek is more like starboard i think? Real dense and slick? I used an extruded pvc made for boatbuilding. Same stuff in the transom, its 20# density and has rough faces on it. Same as this... https://www.boatbuildercentral.com/p...l.php?prod=AP3 Anything dense will work tho...

On the pigment i just started putting some in and mixing til it looked cool! Theres like 10 different ones in there. Doesnt take much though...
