Back in action well...sanding glassing
1 Attachment(s)
So you thought you were going to see another finished boat
Need to finish tabbing under side of gunwales and floors to stringers u know the fun upside down stuff trying to decide to pull trigger on colors thinkin sea foam or Aqua mist with cream nonskid areas |
That's a lot of glass work. Looking good.

Yes your obligated to get them one at a time because iPhones apparently have Hubble telescope capacities😳. I'm curious why we love to hate this itchy hobby so much for a badass boat.

Now that's impressive!

nice job, how do you plan on treating under the transom cap to cockpit transition? solid with scupper tubes through? looks like some storage space is available
|
Scuppers
1 Attachment(s)
The floors have channels on the sides of the crowned deck that lead through transom into scuppers no tubes just thickness of transom which is 2 1" blue water 26 panels in multi layers and tabbing. the floors were raised crowned and all one level from where the old floor was as far as transom transition to cockpit not really sure if it will just have a single rig tube and then finish it like it is or cover it up. But everything is planned to run through bracket like hermco rig theirs instead of through transom. Under the floors is a Shiite load of storage as the stringers where redesigned with 2" nidacore

What a phenomenal project! I've been toying with the idea of a top like that with glass tubes but had figured itd be too much sanding. Looks like that is not a concern for you! I cannot wait to see this finished.
