Foam between stringers

What kind of foam should I get for between the stringers and where should I be able to get it?
Thanks

Re: Foam between stringers

use a two part foam mix, 2lb density. Your fiberglass supplier should carry it. Or check with an online supplier.

the two gallons of the foam goes 9.2 cubic feet, has anyone else refoamed their 20 cc and how much did they use? not too sure how much I should get.
