Where is the plug located on a 23 Sceptre?
 
More dumb questions; On the 23 Sceptre where is the plug? I cant figure it out. Also Its an I/O if that makes a difference.

I just need to know what compartment to look in for the drain plug, if you can be helpful please. Thanks in advance.

If there is not a rubber plug on the lower end on the back of the transom, there should be a threaded brass Garland plug.
Take an adjustable wrench and remove the plug.

Thanks Bones, so I should look on the transom near the bottom?

Yes....on the transom near the bottom of the V....usually a slight amount to one side because of the keel on the inside.
By slight I mean a couple of inches.
