My \"new\" 1969 20 footer

Here a some pics of my "new" boat. I just picked it up last week for a great price. :D Lot's of work to do. Motor runs great after a full carb cleaning(new kits), stater, and water pump. It was ran in freshwater the majority of it's life(no rust under cowling). It will have to do until I can scrape up the $$ for a newer one. Now, where to begin? :D The transom was redone and is solid.

Thanks Chuck. Yeah, I sold my 18sf about 4 years ago and have regretted it ever since. I was going crazy being boatless then I ran across this. Hey, on my title it says 1969 as the year. On the transom, the hull ID starts with 1970. Hull ID looks much newer than the boat. Is there any way to be %100 sure? Thanks

Doesn't look like alot of work in the pic's and those 150 Rudes are pretty tough cookies - little thristy but you can buy alot of gas for 3 to 5K

ESD thanks. I noticed you are a FS forum bother as well. There is plenty to do trust me. There is a crack under the console about 3 feet long, possible where someone replaced the tank and did a crappy patch job? Here are a few more pics. The one is looking from the bildge forward at the fuel tank. I obviously need to remove the loose peices of foam ( do I need more foam to replace this?) The tank looks newer, not sure how to tell for sure. First thing will be to fix the trailer (UBOLTS, Braces, Lighting, etc), then the crack under the console. After that who knows, whatever I can afford at the time. :D

Chuck,
We just finished a 1969 20 but haven't gotten pix posted yet. Do you have any pictures of the 1969 stickers you mentioned?
