Default My \"new\" 1969 20 footer

Here a some pics of my "new" boat. I just picked it up last week for a great price. Lot's of work to do. Motor runs great after a full carb cleaning(new kits), stater, and water pump. It was ran in freshwater the majority of it's life(no rust under cowling). It will have to do until I can scrape up the $$ for a newer one. Now, where to begin? The transom was redone and is solid.
