Best way to seal bracket holes thru transom?

I just dry fit a new bracket and plan on taking it back off to seal/sleeve all of the mounting holes. What do you guys think is the best technique and/or material for doing this job?

Thanks!!!

- Oversize drill needed holes, fill with epoxy.
- Drill through center of the filled, cured epoxy hole w/ correct size bit for bolt(s).
- Install/seal with polysulfide.
- Don't look back.

Good luck...
