Problem with my Suzuki

Im having problems with my DF 250. The IAC valve keeps going bad. Motor will start at the dock run fine to where-ever Im going then when I slow down to stop the motor quits. It then will only start with throttle advanced in neutral, it runs fine, then when I attempt to take out of neutral and put into gear it quits.
First time it happened I replaced IAC and had no problems for about 3 months of once or twice a week use. just went out again...

I've read online of others having the same problem on their Suzuki's but have not found a fix.

Been towed in twice, Im over it!

Bill-Sorry to hear that!I hear the cheap ones (ordered online from Amazon) are prone to break again. The ones that most are using successfully come from an auto parts store. Where did yours come from?

Yes, Amazon. Thought maybe they came from the same assembly line anyway.

From what I'm seeing they're selling a lot of them, once they stop working the boats not going to run.

I was thinking that maybe something else was making it go out.

Prices are ranging from $300 Suz dealer, $170 auto parts, $ 40 online.

It sound like every story I have read with those Amazon valves....I would switch to the parts store version ( Mitsubishi brand?).
