I have also seen 200 hp on 18's so 225 on a 20 seems ok to me. I would do it! If you have a single cable steering, go to dual or hydraulic like Bobber advised. Sure can't beat the price. Butch

Andrew, Just puy a 150 merc EFI on a 20 foot wellcraft V20 Center Console and used a 17 Mirage SS prop. Runs perfect. 44 mph at 5600 rpm. I agree a 17 pitch is about right Butch
