touch up

Does anyone know the best way to touch up spots on the inside hull and deck? What color white matches best? My boat is a 69 20'.

I have a 69 will a similar soft spot on the starbord side. I have not opened it up yet as it hasn't gotten worse. I would love to see some pictures of your work. Thanks.
