If the previous owner has the plug on the outside of the hull there is a pretty good chance that the brass thru hull is already cracked and would be leaking into the bilge without the plug on the...

I have a 1971 20SF which has the original console with a seat the measurement from the seat to the casting platform is 20" if you removed the seat it would be about 36" hope that helps.

Anyone know the height of the letters for the SeaCraft name that would go on the sides of the hull on a 20' cc? Also what was the original font, this is for a Potter boat? Thanks.

The boat will be docked in the water in a lagoon behind my house . The lagoon is off Kettle Creek which feeds into the Northern end of Barnegat Bay.
