What years are included ?

I know that all hulls from the 70's qualify as Potter built. What about the 80's ?

Any of the 80's also do qualify? someone told me long ago the Potter built the Seacraft till 1984. Is that true?

That's what i was thinking , but, if the rule is " 1 inch for each foot" then , the 20" would not work because using it i would need a 24/26 inches setback giving me 2", maybe...
