Re: CHATHAM 2006 July 15th/16th weather depending
There is also a ramp at River Road in Orleans. People park one the right side of the street after you launch. There is probably room for 10 or so truck and trailers. The only downside is you are...

Re: Ethanol!!!!!

Ethanol has struck again. My boat ran beautifully the first trip out, and the second. Then I put 6 gallons of new fuel in to top off the tank and that is when the sputtering began! I posted about...

Re: Help it's Sputtering!!
Thanks I'll give it the big once over and trial run it today. I don't think it's anything major, as there does not seem to be any audible motor noise etc. The shift control is a bit worn and I plan...

Help it's Sputtering!!
Ok, first trip was great and my motor ran flawlessly. Second short trip it was sputtering a bit at slow speeds. It was almost like it would skip a bit with a slight lurch forward (ever so slight). ...

Re: 1974 20 SF finished pictures
Thanks, there are a few more little things I'd like to touch up, but I figure I spent enough time this year. It's time to get fishing!

Re: How Much Power?
Depends how fast you want to go! I just bought a 1974 20 SF. It has a 125 Force on it. I took it out on Saturday for the first time. It got up on plane fine and went plenty fast for me. I...

Yamaha 150's Water Pumps?
I started my Grady with twin Yamaha 150 2 strokes today. They started fine and sounded great. Only thing was there was no water coming out from the water pump jets. I believe it is because there...

Re: WHAT KIND OF CONDITIONS ARE SAFE FOR A 20 CC?
It's all about what your comfortable with. Besides, it's not much fun fishing when your pitching back and forth and your wire is getting tangled or your getting soaked. It would probably be a day...

Re: Starter Problem I think!
I tried moving the throttle back and forth with no luck. I also tried my connections. I loosened and tightened but still not luck. I "think" I've exhausted the simple things, but one never knows.

It's a force 125. The motor looks great so I'm going see how long it lasts. There is no kill switch on this boat. I have had boats with them and had that problem with the first one I encountered. ...
