if i go with the foam do i do the stringers from back to front,which looks impossible,or do i just do about 3 feet from the transom,which is what i can only get to.

yes that and alot of sand paper were the first things i bought ,including some safety glasses..Ive been working in a machine shop for 8 years ,so safety is a first issue for me..thanks for the reply..

well i checked the stringers ,thinkin i was in deep trouble ,and to my surprise i drilled into them and perfect tan colored and dry wood came out onto the drill bit.i was really happy to see that.now...

i will try to get some pics of the transom today..its not overly bad if u scroll up to my pics u can see that they covered the push in woth some plexiglass..but so far for looking at the stringers...
