It was super light. 1/4 tank of fuel. Once I filled the tank and loaded up my family most I could get was 45 knots. Here is a pic as my wife was yelling at me to slow down..... Ha

Yes. DonV's brother has a much smaller bracket than me and was able,e to use the 25" motor. My bracket is much bigger and needed the 30" motor.
