Should always start the bidding low, say around 2000, as this will get people to bid, set reserve as it will not sell unless that number is hit. It will give you a true value people will be willing...

I would seal the whole part first then attach to boat, this way if water intrudes it does not wick from the backside. 5200 is for permanent imho, 4200 if you ever want to take it off and do it again...

Wanted to fish while the Dolphin run was still going on. So we decided to try for them and leave bright and early at 5:30 AM. My neighbor decided to sleep in until 6, so we got a late start at 6:30....

He is below 2k but not by much. I agree 1k would be fair, I could sell the engines for 500 for parts and start from there.
