Brace for newer heavy motors

I bought an 88 20 cc about 6 months ago. After reading on how heavy these newer 4 strokes are and these hulls were designed for lighter 2 strokes I felt I should add a brace to the transom to help...

Thank you everyone for for the information and from what I gathered I'm going to raise the motor and get the AV plate out of the water and look into an AV plate fin and maybe a stern lifting prop....

Biggest fuel tank on 20ft

What do you think is biggest fuel tank you can install in an 88 20ft cc without sacrificing performance. Currently runnng a 40 gallon.

20 cc with F150 what prop are you using

I Recently purchased an 88 20 cc with a F150 Yamaha. The tach on it was off. I just install a garmin and installed the nmea 2000 cable to the motor and found out at WOT I'm only running at 4900 rpm....
