I'm assuming I remove the glass ,clean the channel in the frame
fit the new gasket and put it on the glass
then set it in the frame and work the gasket into the channel?

I have 1976 Sceptre in which the windshield is leaking. I contacted American Marine as some of you suggested to purchase new seals. They told me the company had been sold and they could not tell me...

leak Sceptre walk thru windshield
I have 1976 sceptre and I've replaced both the inner and outer walk thru door gaskets and when that didn't work i siliconed the seams in the windshield frame where the two outside windshield frames...

Does anyone know where i can buy, or what I can use to replace the gasket on the pass thru windsheild door on my 1976 Scepter
I get a hard rain or rough seas and it leaks down into the cabin. Thanks...
