I looked at a Fuji unit a few years ago and it seemed to be discontinued so I went with a stand alone hvlp gun using my compressor (not a big one)...

I'm guessing your cc is different from my inboard cc. I have a section of deck that can be unscrewed and lifted out. Have you checked the resistance at the gauge? Maybe the gauge is wired...
